Become a Mentor! Dear Potential Mentor, Thank You for your interest in becoming a mentor in the ministry of MentorKids USA! I look forward to meeting with you and helping you in the process of matching you up with a young boy or girl we both believe God would have you mentor. Please complete the above application. I’ll also need a copy of your driver’s license, auto insurance, and a check for $30.00 made out to MentorKids USA, sent to me with the other information. You can mail your application to P.O. Box 89729 Tucson, Arizona 85752. If you would like to expedite your application you can email (mentorkidsusatucson@gmail.com) everything and pay the $30 fee through our online donation. Once your application is in, we will meet for an Orientation/Training and in-depth interview that will help us get to know you better and answer all your questions. You may also attend an Orientation before you fill out an application if you wish. Thanks again for considering MentorKids USA.
